Cynopsis’ Top Women in Media Awards Gala honors the exceptional achievements of female leaders across the evolving media landscape. From executives and innovators to marketers, content creators, and rising stars, this event shines a spotlight on the women driving the industry forward.

NEW FOR 2025: We’re proud to recognize the trailblazers in esports and gaming and the visionaries transforming the world of artificial intelligence, two sectors reshaping how we create, connect, and consume media. As the industry continues to innovate, the Top Women in Media Awards celebrates both past accomplishments and future potential, reaffirming the vital role women play in leading meaningful, measurable change.

To be eligible, the honoree must have been in their role (either in part or in full) from 2024-2025.

Deadlines and Pricing:

Early Bird Rate: $499 per entry until May 14, 2025 (at 11:59pm EST).

Regular Rate: $549 per entry until June 11, 2025 (at 11:59pm EST).

Extended Rate: $599 per entry until July 9, 2025 (at 11:59pm EST).

*A $50 discount for each additional entry into a different category will be added automatically to your cart. 

Finalists will be notified in August and celebrated  on October 8th, 2025 at our red carpet awards gala in NYC.

Payment

Payment in full must accompany the entry.

All entries are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once your entry is submitted and paid, you will be emailed a receipt confirming the payment. The receipt includes payment date, amount and card number.
